Pathetic service from Nandos Germiston
On the 7th August 2018 at approximately 8pm, my partner and I went to Nandos in Germiston and ordered a family meal for home. After receiving our order we kindly asked the waitress to please give us an extra sachet of hot sauce. She yeld and said no that she is not allowed to. We explained to her that we ordered a family meal and she cannot expect the entire family to share 1 sachet and that's the reason we need another 1. She mocked us infront of all the staff members and other clients saying that the other staff members should help her in chasing us away. I was so disturbed by her actions and asked to see the manager who was no help at all! He told me that he cant help me and he didn't even confront his staff member for being so arrogant and rude to me. He rather agreed to refund me my R231 instead of just giving me a sachet of sauce that probably costs R1... He obviously doesn't care about the business yet alone clients! I will never step my foot back inside that store. What a disappointment! Straight after that incident I went to KFC in Germiston,asked for an extra sachet of ketchup and guess what ?the lady gave me 3 sachets and that just made my day! Customer service is vitally important!
