Pathetic service from Nandos Danville

I stopped at Nandos Danville with my family to buy some meals for take away to eat at home for dinner. We placed our order at 13:59 but only left the restaurant at 14:47 and when we got home we realised that our meal was still not the we asked to be prepared. I specifically asked for my wife’s mild 1/4 chicken and winglets to have extra sauce and my tangy tomato 1/4 chicken and moz paprika winglets to be grilled with sauce. First attempt of our food at around 14:15 had all our order dripping with sauce and I returned it for the guys to do as per the special instructions, and the order took a further 20-25 minutes to come out. The worst part of it is that the attitude from the gentleman who even insisted to speak to Zulu to me was very bad. When my order came out I just took it and left as I had ran out of time and in the evening when I arrived home, a good 58 kms away from the store I found that what was supposed to be grilled with sauce has extra sauce and what was supposed to have extra sauce was grilled with sauce. Which means both me and my wife had to eat chicken that was cooked to our requests or we had to eat a flavour we didn’t want.
