Pathetic service from Nando's Constantia Kloof, Katlego and Paledi

Useless service and a waste of time ordering food on the Nando's App with Nando's 14th Avenue Constantia Kloof Branch, I ordered my food around 2:3pm and the ETA was 15:25pm, my food didn't arrive, I had to call *** got through to a rude agent who couldn't even assist or apology for the the fact that my food was delayed, I then spoke to a Katlego who said she'll call me back, it's now over 2hrs no order received or a call back from Katlego and Paledi, I'm so disappointed, frustrated and hungry. I'm deleting this stupid Nando's App on my phone and will never order from their 14th Avenue Constantia Kloof *********** branch. Such pathetic service they deserve a zero from me
