Pathetic service from nandos

Nandos eldoraigne, pathetic service. Did not check the order before sending it out. Gave the order minus chips . Two calls to the call center Call the branch (no answer) Call customer service (no answer) Thirty minutes of airtime.

Then they call back to say I gave the wrong address (why would I do that)

Takes my address down twice.

Three hours later still no chips

P.s I live 5km from the store

Managers response: I'll give you a sharing chips I can't give you a dessert.

Dessert or not the chips did not even get delivered.

This is **************** and inconvenience.

Why do you have to go through all that over a meal that's supposed to be enjoyable!
