Pathetic service

We called the call center at 12.16pm and placed an order for delivery. A sms was received advising that the order 800/190818 will be received by 1.05pm. At around 1.15pm, we called the Call center and selected the option to follow up on an existing order, ironically when this option was selected, we kept getting an engaged tone. we then called the call center and selected the option to place an order and explained to Vincent that our order was not received. He advised that the store and store manager were not answering and he kept us on hold. We then spoke to Sandy who promised to look into this and call back in 5 minutes and that call was never received. We then called the branch at 13.31pm and again, no one could assist and just kept us on hold. It is now 2.53pm and the order was never received. What disgusting service.
