Pathetic service

I was at Sibaya and went to the food court...I ordered a hot pot and coke from Nandos , pizzas from L'Amore and chicken from Butcher Block at 13h21...within 15 mins I got my two ordersand Stull waited for Nandos, my family had finished eaten and I was still waiting. At 13h55 I went to the counter and asked for the coke and glasses....I was told to go to my table and it will be brought to me...I took the coke and went back....at 14h00 I asked again and they said my order seems to have a technical issue whereby it was deleted off the system but it sounded odd as I was given a receipt fro the till and speedpoint machine...at 14h07 my order arrived at the table.. I waited approximately 46mins for my order which I feel is pathetic as there were other people together with me and ordered at the same time and received their order in 30 mins or so.....this is a place I will never go to again, actually I will never go to another Nandos again....all the manager could do was shake his head in agreement whenbi said this is not right.
