pathetic service atNandos in malibongwe drive
Andile the manager better sort this out I want an apology and i want an explanation in detail of what exactly happened with an order that i placed at 12:10 and it's now 14:11 after 2 hours.... the manager still expects me to pay for late delivery and what frustrates me the most is that he did not even know what happened about the order or who took the order over the phone, this is unacceptable service. I am still waiting for this order and I will tell all my colleagues and friends about the poor service at this place.
