Pathetic Service at The Square Nando’s

Yesterday I order at The Square Nando’s in Ladysmith. I made the order for Kerbside delivery. I patiently waited for almost an hour in my car because I could see it’s busy. I then decided to go inside only to find they haven’t started preparing my order. They didn’t even know about my orders. The service was pathetic, even inside the shop they didn’t really pay attention to me. I’m really disappointed. If I could put in zero stars, I honestly would. Please remove the Kerbside delivery service if the restaurant does not provide it.
