Pathetic service at Nandos Bruma

<p>I ordered nandos as part of a work social today only for the driver to arrive at 12.15 with one meal short. The delivery note did not even have the meal on it yet its printed on the invoice. How is it possible that you have a delivery note that differs from the invoice???</p> <p>So I called and informed them about the missing meal. It took 3 follow up calls and as I type this email the guy has still NOT delivered the meal. When i spoke to the manager at the store and told her i am going to complain, she said ''ok'' like seriously.</p> <p> </p> <p>We as a company and me as a person will never order nandos from that store again. We sat here with one person without her lunch and its going on 3 hours now! The service received was absolutely pathetic.</p>
