Pathetic service at its best

I place a full chiken order with extra sauce for delivery. while placing my order i was asked by Carlifonia to hold the line while i could hear dealing with another customer, 30 minutes later , i checked if teh sauce is extra as per order none, i called while the delivery guy still standing there. got through to someone who told me that she will send sauce without apologizing. 45 minutes kater waiting for the sauce noone comes. went to buy airtime then i called them and i asked to speak to the manager who is Nhlanhla. Nhlanhla told me that its not on my order. My question was instead of calling landline so many times i could have used teh money to but the sauce myself, she still did not apologize. i told what i would expect from them to apologize and offer to send teh sauce which she agreed to. my time is wasted, airtime and appetite are finished because of teh their incompetency. Finally sent another chicken without compensation , now the chicken is swimming in the sauce that is not mild but freaking HOT. after that she call me to find out why there is pieces missing , well i told her that my daughter helped herself as she was hungry and we have just moved in.
