Pathetic service and Raw food

Good day

So ****ed off at the moment. Everytime I visit the Promenade Nandos branch then I am sick to my stomach. The food is never done accordingly. I asked the cashier if I could have the chicken very well done They always get it wrong and end up with raw chicken chicken The reason I go back there is cause it's convenient. Why should I go elsewhere when all there staff can do is listen and follow customer request. I would like to receive a response as this consistently happens at that particular branch. Have pictures of the raw food and the R199 family meal bill..which my family did not have on the 01 January 2022
