Pathetic Service

I was utterly disgusted by the service I received at Nandos Galleria yesterday. We waited well over 15 mins yesterday to get our table cleaned after going to a waitress we were told we could not sit at the table as it was meant for 2 people. How were we supposed to know when no one told us and there was no signage apparently someone was supposed to seat us. A table that's meant to seat 4 people was seated by 2 people, I didn't understand the logic. People who ordered their meals after is received their meals before us while our meal layed on the counter out of spite by the waitress because we complained. The staff were full of attitude and so was the manager. We waited more than half an hour for our meal. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour and this is not the first time I had such a horrible experience at Nandos Galleria it's weird how at times like this when people spend they money such terrible service is received.
