Pathetic service!!!!

I would just like to voice my opinion on the service I received this evening from your sea point branch. Firstly, the food was pathetic where the chicken was completely burnt and dry. Secondly, we kept sending the food back and forth due to the orders being wrong continuously Thirdly as a customer I feel completely disgusted with the fact that the " manager", Archie has the decency to shout at me when I brought my orders back to the kitchen as it was wrong. I seriously hope my voice gets heard as this is not the first time I've been to nandos. It really is unlike nandos to deliver on a service this pathetic.
