Pathetic service

Nandos service is just **** from point of sale to their customer service consultants (Daphne) who is rude n speaks over clients, I visited the Nandos in Newlands west, I bought myself 2 nandos vouchers which came up to R300. 00 my meal came up to R259.00 the consultant at point of sale processes everything without informing me that once she processes my meal she will not be able to assist me with the balance, when she's done she says sorry I didn't know you know done but why didn't she ask me, she is then telling me there's nothing she can do n my R40 will get put in their pockets she is not even saying anything just looking at me like I'm mad!! I want to be reimbursed my R40
