Pathetic Service
On the 28th August 2018, myself and colleagues placed an order at 12h20 from the Croydon takeaway outlet. We waited 2 hours before our order got delivered. Their driver by the name of "Onesmus Wawelu only arrived at 14h46 with our order. And because we were very frustrated, we told him we would not be paying for the order as it was too late, he found the issue very amusing which was very infuriating as we were frustrated. This service is pathetic and to add to that, it's a struggle to get through to their telephone lines to check on orders placed. This is very disgusting as one of the staff told us that next time we should pick up the order instead of ordering for delivery. What is the point of have a delivery service if they will give us such a pathetic response. Son infuriated by your service.
