pathetic service
I ordered a nando's meal at 10:55 and requested for a delivery just after 13hrs due to scheduled lunch breaks. up until now I haven't received my order! this is very frustrating. I followed up at around 13:20 to enquire and was informed that my order is on the way. I followed up again when the call cut. I didn't even receive a call back. knowing that I was querying my order the staff couldn't even follow up to find out if I have received my order. it is now 14:44 still no order received nor a follow up call from management. the service from Nando's mellville is so pathetic. what's the point of having a delivery service if clients don't get their food?
