Pathetic service
Nandos have all the classic adverts about SA and our unique mannerisims but I am afraid that the, Parkview Pretoria East opposite Woodhill, branch has established themselves and Nandos well within this unique group of none service providers. I have lunch at this branch regularly due to the vitality deal and the fact that it is healthier than most alternatives. The staff and manger here have no idea of service and anyone of the staff members that do try to achieve a higher level of service get mocked and ridiculed by their fellow employees. I personally stood in a line today to place an order and as usual the manager and counter clerks were at the back having a chat. The lady in front of me asked for service because she had already been waiting to place here Oder at the desk for 10 min. This was a futile attempt the manager ignored her and went on with his chat. She left not ordering anything. I was next I inquired why they taking so long to help and why there is always only one till working the response was less than creative. That tomorrow is a public holiday? How does that have any influence on your service. Come on Nandos clamp down on these guys get your service back up
