Pathetic Service
THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER RECEIVED AT A NANDOS RESTAURANT!!!!!!. Firstly zimkitha served us with no smile whatsoever and neither did she take our order willingly! One of the orders was a quarter chicken well done and extra sauce - the order came to the table ice cold with no sauce because Zimkitha chose the wrong order on the till. The starter liver came ice cold to the table. Every single order that came to the table was wrong or cold. We ordered a festive meal and they brought it with no chips and when the chips eventually came, the chicken was ice cold. They brought two rolls short. I can't mention all the things that went wrong with our order and more than once. It was really pathetic and really not up to Nandos standards as we are regulars at Nandos restaurants. We really feel that something should be done about this because if this is what happens then Nandos is going to lose business. And zimkitha needs to learn some customer services skills!!! Because the face she gives you when taking you order makes you want to walk straight out. I believe I should voice this because it was really disappointing and Really unappetizing!
