Pathetic service
<p>Truly I am apalled by my experience with Nandos Inner Court Jhb CBD . I placed an order at 11:19 am which was for delivery . During the call I clearly requested the speed point machine upon delivery. I asked how long the order would take and was told 30-45 minutes. I waited patiently for an hour until i decided to check up on my order.They had said that the order will be with me shortly.Another 30 minutes went by waiting. Now i was truy ****ed.I called again I was passed from person to person not getting no answer. Finally a staff member had given me the delivery guys number so I could contact him. I thought it wuld be upon Nandos to check up on my order not me . Anways I called him and he said that he is 5 Mins away . So I waited yet again. Until 12:58 when i called to speak to the manager . As I was on the phone with him explaining my anger just then the delivery guy shows up with the order and NO PAYPOINT MACHINE. How the heck was I suppose to pay when I clearly requested the machine.They said that I should wait for him to go fetch the machine which i declined as i was not prepared to wait a lifetime for an order. This is unacceptable and pathetic service from nandos .</p>
