Pathetic service
<p>Hi . I'm am customer at the store at Goldman crossing and my name is Shafiek and contact details is ********** 384. <br />We contacted the branch today for a collection order and requested a number of items which required x2 half chickens and requested leg portions where the tale sales agent advised us that there were no such portions avail . We then just ordered what was avail . Upon my collection of the order while waiting for my order there was x2 customers placing an order and on the order they requested leg portions which were given to them without any hassle . This is not the first time that this I happening to us as when we have a sit down meal they do not give us any hassle about the leg portions . <br />It's not about the portions that was given to us but the attitude I recieved from all the staff present . Which was tele sales , counter sales , and store manager . Telling me sorry sir here's your order god bless and have a good night . Which I took as a slap in my face not even trying to assist me Afrer telling me curtain portions were not avail and then minutes later assisting walk in sit down clients with portions I requested . <br />The attitude and rudeness I recieved was unacceptable !!!
