Pathetic service

<p>We went to Nandos Ormonde for early supper on the 5th of February. The staff are miserable and sour. They do not greet or talk to you. We initially ordered Tangy tomatoe and I subseqeuntly changed my order to Mozambican - I told the cashier after we paid and she agreed. When we got our food, I did not get butter with my livers and a roll. I had to ask. We had to ask twice for our drinks. Our meal was amlost over when my husband had to go to the counter and get our own drinks. It was just pathetic. After my husband took a bite of chicken he realised it was tangy tomatoe and not Mozambican. We called the manager who was sour and miserable. She laready looked fed up with us before we could even complain. She refused to change the chicken. She said she would regrill the chicken in Mozambican flavour because we ate and knew what we were doing. I took a photo of the piece which clearly shows that only a piece of chicken was eaten until we realised it was the wrong flavour. Besides that the chicken was dry and hard. I asked for the owners number and was informed that he does not want me to call him on a Sunday as it's his day off so I did not instead i am contacting Hello Peter! This was one of my worst exeprineces ever at a Nandos restaurant. it was not even busy for us to receive such bad service and attitude. I will never go back. What a waste of money and time!!!! Nandos Franchise this store is giving you a bad name - go and do a visit as a customer and you will see what I mean. They are miserable sour unhelpful and not client focused at all. The livers were also horrible - tasteless! Compared to the Glen and Columbine square, this store sucks with respect to both service and quality of food. We spent over R 300 and it was a complete waste of money.</p>
