Pathetic Service
My wife and I decided to have a night out after a year as we had our new born baby and did not have time to go out. We went to Nandos Musgrave for supper, my order was 2 quarter chicken, chips and rolls, A regular coleslaw and bottled water. the cashier took our order and I realised she didnt ask if we wanted a leg or breast piece so I went back to the counter to inform them I want 1 leg and 1 breast. A little while later we received 2 breasts and I sent the one back. after 15 mins the waitress brings the leg piece and says shes sorry but the other waitress forgot about it. Anyway while eating I told my wife that they forgot to bring the water to which she asked them to bring it and they did. When i got home and emptied out my pockets I look at my receipt and tell my wife that they did not bring us the coleslaw I guess after having all this go wrong we must have just appreciated the fact that we were eating and forgot about it. I live in Malvern and the Nandos here is on the ball with regards to all aspects, its really hard to believe the the one at Musgrave belongs to the same owner. I am really disappointed and will never go back there!!!!!
