Pathetic platform supported by useless staff!
Nandos online order placed my order to the wrong place and wrong details. When i called into customer care they advised me that "there is simply nothing that can be done". I then cancelled the order and they said that a refund has a long process inwhich i need to provide proof of purchase and my bank statements!!!! the manager in the customer care centre, Ashley, showed no remorse for the inconveniences and was utterly apathetic. He has to follow "process". when i explained that their mistake causes me to resolve the matter myself he did not care. Why call is customer CARE when no one there gives a ********** further to which i was contacted by a women named Peace from Douglasdale branch (the place that received the incorrect order request) - i said to her do not worry its not her fault to which she became very rude! and said well what do i want she is following process. The more i said just leave it i will reverse it with the bank and she is not to worry she was angry and ruder.
What the hell nandos! what am i supposed to do about your pre-historic online platform. All other order in platforms do automatic reversal when an order is cancelled. There isnt even a cancel order function!!!
