Pathetic/NO Service
I ordered a giblets via the call center and when the order arrived it was livers!! How can you mix that up??? I paid for my Giblets and received livers. Is there *********** staff with lack of knowledge on how to read or write employed at Nandos? Is this their way of cutting costs by hiring cheap labor??? I then called to complain and a rude lady by the name of Mabulungha was quick to pass the buck to the store and cut the call on me!!! Coming from a service industry myself it is appalling and shocking that some people dont appreciate and take their jobs seriously enough to provide a good service. Sadly I will not encourage anyone to now go to the nandos at horizon village as they dont care about their customers. I would rather drive a little further and go to westgate mall!!
