Pathetic Nandos Service Lakeside Mall
I ordered a family meal with 2 sides only to get hair in my food and a chicken that was not cooked properly. I have been buying from Nandos for years and it seems as each year goes by the service gets more and more poor. The Nandos I purchased from was Lakeside Mall and when I took the food back I got told there isnt anything that can be done.

Now Nandos Lakeside Mall wants to blame the delivery services yet it was their chicken that was not cooked properly and had chicken hair on it. This matter seems like it wont get resolved asking me date, time etc how will I remember everything.
