Pathetic Nandos Service

I placed an order at 6:15pm this evening and received confirmation that my order from nandos Chatsworth would be in my hands by 7:10pm. Still waiting for my order 45mins later. I called back and the teleprompt states press 2 for existing orser queries but when i select 2 it just rings. Then i called back and pressed 1 to place an order, a lady answers and said please hold while she finds out whats the hold up. I eventually cut the call after 10mins of music. Then i call back and press 4 to rate the service and the call gets cut. As im posting this complaint, my food finally arrives, 1 hr and 50 mins later. The delivery guy Pat says that nandos Chatsworth had no chickens and 1 hr was spent doing nothing as there was no chickens. Pathetic service to say the least.
