Pathetic Nandos food quality and tasteless

Nando's Nando's Nando's when did you guys lose the plot, I have always been a crzy Nandos fan since I was a kid, Nandos was the restaurant for my entire family we would spend birthdays at Nandos since I can remember, I have been doing my own research for the past 8 months on Nando's, So IO can remember Nandos use to boast about their chickens soaking in the marinade for 24 Hours before hitting the grill and I can guarantee that is not the case today, So at 1st I thought maybe its the particular Nando's I am going to that is so bland and tasteless that I had to use so much of the hot sauce made available in some corner, anyway I then decided to visit the Nando's my parents use to frequent when I was a kid and I had the same experience, bland tasteless, at times under cooked chicken, in the 8 months I have taken my family to 24 Nandos stores this includes stores in Durban, Cape Town and ofcourse Gauteng, my goodness the Nando's at Bela Bela was close to the worst, we gave the chicken to homeless people in the area and settled for KFC, the burgers prices are so high and yet again tastelesssss with the baby bun, it is literally a baby bun, the smallest bun ever to come out of any restaurant, worst part is Nando's is so expensive and dont get me wrong I dont mind paying for good food but when the quality is compared to the price that is a pathetic product which Nando's offers us. I have been in the Kitchen and Chicken aint soaked for 24 Hours anymore and yes u can argue that Nando's hasn't mentioned the 24 hours Chicken being soaked in Marinade for years, however that is what made Nando's so tastey and Awesome, I feel the only great thing about Nandos now is there commercials so well done to the Marketing team for that, but the food at this point is way overpriced for the poor quality and tasteless under cooked chicken. The Extra hot tastes as good as the mild, that is so pathetic all the different flavours taste the same and you will never be able to differentiate the flavours with the exception of tasting the Lemon in the Lemon and herb. I have a huge family and Nand's if you are interested I can provide my research results and my reviews of family members and strangers and I kid u not the highest rating was 4 out of 10 and this is from individuals that stated in there eyes Nando's was theee best Chicken restaurant 5 years ago and they prefer Chicken Licken, KFC and when they really feel for Nando's they purchase Mochachos. I am no Restaurant owner or anything relating to that industry but this is definitely a concern for Nando's or I could just be an idiot that has no idea what I am talking about, needless to say after my 8 month spree of wasting my money I think I might not ever enter a Nando's store again, maybe I will hit the Drive thru for a Bar-One milkshake as that is the only thing the menu has going for it and I will enjoy the commercials as well.
