Pathetic level of service
Highly disgusted by the level of service from the Durban North branch, I had went to the Nandos on 9 November 2019, my son was seated at the table while I was ordering at the till, a waiter then came up to my child and started making her eyes big and taking off with the child, which was highly disrespectful seeing that we were at the store. Even if my son had done something wrong, she could of called us as the parents and addressed the matter not start shouting at a 5 year old!This restaurant clearly does not cater for the needs of kids and I will definitely not be going to this branch again.
