Pathetic delivery service.

I order from Nandos weekly using their app. For the past few months their delivery service is becoming progressively worse. I am receiving my orders on average 30 minutes past the E.T.A. The average time from placing the order to delivery is 90 minutes, and that is from branches that are situated less than 3km from me. This has happened to me at four different branches now.

Don’t even bother complaining to their call centre. Their customer service is non-existent. Rather use the Mr. Delivery or UberEats service instead of wasting your time with the Nandos App and delivery.
