Pathetic

As I am typing this I am actually fuming. I placed my order at 19:44, it is currently as I type this 21:13 with Nando's Vangate Mall branch. I have not received my order as yet. I called the store more than 5 times. The first te falling I spoke to someone who said that she will check and call me back. She called me back to say the driver is 2 minutes away. THE LIES!!. I waited 10 minutes and called the store again to a lady who Firstly did not even apologize but said she will call the driver again because she spoke to the manager earlier and was advised they going to deliver soon. I asked for a call back. I waited another 10 minutes which made the time 21:05. My biggest mistake I tried calling several times after that and the like rings then drops no voicemail no nothing. I am honestly disgusted at this pathetic service and absolutely unprofessional service from both the store and drivers.
