PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called and placed an order for delivery with this branch around 12H20 today. At the end of the call I asked how long my order will take and the lady said 25-30 minutes. 13H20 I was still waiting for my order, I called the store again and she told me the drivers were not there but now they came and collected the orders, they have lots of deliveries and she's not sure what time they will deliver mine.<br> <br> Say what? Who's problem is it that the drivers were out? Mine or yours? I asked her why she didn't call me back when she realized the drivers were out and inform me there would be a delay. She couldn't answer me. This is the first and last time I buy from this store. You will never hear from me or anyone associated with me ever again.<br> <br> OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER. Its 13H37 now and I'm STILL waiting.
