Pathetic customer serivce
On Monday (05/10/2015) my husband and I went to have dinner at the Nandos at The Plaza in Durban Phoenix. I am fasting so I ordered the veg pita. The cashier explained to me that this contains a veg pattie with chunky veggie pieces. That's exactly what I had ordered a week ago at The Acropolis Mall Durban Phoenix. When I got my order it was incorrect. After speaking to the manager (Gerrad) who could not help me as he said the other branch was making it wrong I asked for a refund and left. I went to the other branch and 1st asked the cashier to explain to me what the pita contained, yet again she said a pattie with chunky veggies (the cashier happened to be the manageress (Nothando)but I didn't know that). A minute later she came to me saying she cannot give me that (I saw that she had received a call probably about my complaint). She 1st blamed the griller yet she herself told me what it contained. she blamed every1 else instead of apologizing she screamed and made a huge noise that all her staff started looking at me. such disrespect was passed to me and this is disgusting! no way to treat a paying customer!!!!!
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
