Pathetic and horrible FOOD!!!!!

I placed an order on the phone @ 17:00, i got an sms that my food was delivered @ 18:35 which wasn't true, i only received the food @ 19:05 the food waa ridiculously COLD, meat was very dry with no extra sauce as requested, i called again about 3 times but the call kept on disconnecting. It's not for the first time i complain about the order issues, can i please be refunded back mt money or get the food replaced
