Pathetic and appalling service received

Went into the store and received terrible service from the ladies at the drive thru and the supervisor or management could not resolve the issue. We reported the issue to Busi at the store and never cared to know what happened. She instead sided with the wrong doings that the store people did. The service received here was pathetic and I need an intervention into this matter. I would like to be called and this matter restored amicably. This is a disgrace to the this store and I want this issue resolved in my presents. I am a manager where I work and I never take sides until I know what exactly is happening. Yonela the store manager tried to resolve the issue but madam Busi decided that she knew better than him.
