pathetic
This is my second time going to the nandos by gateway as i have nandos every friday, usually at the broadway or north coast road, so i decided since i was at Gateway let me just eat there, the first time i ate there was 2 months ago, i was not pleased, the place was very untidy and it takes forever to be served, but the second time was the pits !!! My table took 10 mins 2 get cleaned from previous people who had eaten, however i had to call a waitor to clean!I waited 25 mins for my food , when it did come it was ice cold , i sent it back it was just warmed in the microwave , when it camw back it was the most dry piece of chicken ever! I then asked for the manager, he didnt come, i asked the waitor if he would eat what his putting infront of me n he says no!!!! I wouldnt say bad service from the waitor !! There is just not enough staff , the place is filthy the tables dont get wiped they are sticky!!! And this nandos is really dropping the bar n should be closed as they are giving nandos a bad name@!! Unhygienic!!!!
