Patheic customer service from Nandos Sandton City

Placed an order with nandos online which was the one chicken with 3 sharing sides and an extra chicken for 99 rands. When the driver brought the food, there was only one chicken. We called the santdton city nandos to enquire whete the other chicken aas. We spoke to Abrinah and she insisted that the offer is only available instore and the peice of one chixken with the sides was 400ramds. We sent her the pics of the slip attached to the order we received and told her the order is on the app and she refused to send us the extra chicken. There were 6 of us staying at the hotel and we literally had to share one chicken and went to bed hungry because there wasnt enougb food for us all. I am absolutely ****ed off and want my refund!!!!
