Parthetic service

Poor customer service from the staff.on the 1st of December 2018 @15:30 or so we went to get something to eat at Nandos Newcastle by Allen street across portos fish and chips and were assistad by the cashier with the name of Thandazi who wasn't profesionally at all as a results she did a complete disaster on the requested sitdown order she did a takeaway because she was busy talking to a friend while capturing our order.mind you after all we tried letting Her know that she did a wrong thing by doing a take away when requsted a dining service she just brought two plates and orderd us to use them or eat from the bag! On our request we mentioned the juice tropical which was not attached on the invoice as well which i had to go back to the que and rebuy and had to wait for a long 15mnts as this was getting more and more i asked to speak to the mananger on duty the guy came and i brought this to his attention he asked the lady who was asigned to prepair the drink for us by the name of Maria with a very bad atittude what is the problem she repplyed with an angry face with threatning eyes looking at me like trash and said she went to cutt the lemon the guy politelly apologised. The so cold staff brought the drinks and throwing them to our table with all the dirty jug and glassis yoh we were not happy at all with the service we got from them everything was a tottal mess for customers with their dirty glassis and toilets no one is attending them i will never go back there the service is parthetic they even got their own vendetter fighting and not talking to eache other what image are they building to us as customers sies i will never go back there ever.....
