Painful experience

So I called in and ordered two quarter chickens lemon and herb, pap and Greek salad for collection at Nando’s Thornhill in Polokwane, drove all the way from fauna park to Bendor for this collection. When I arrived there my order was just a mixed up. There was only one quarter chicken and there was no salad at the store. I don’t understand why I would be told that my order will be ready if there is staff not available, why let me waste my fuel and time for nothing. The service i received is very bad and I don’t understand why you guys would do this to me. As we speak I am eating galitos and I must say you guys can learn a thing or two from them.
