Overcharged and they don't care.

On the 8th of January 2022,i ordered through the Nandos App and my total was R211 for collection. Upon my arrival to pay for my order I was assisted by Joel who said he's the store manager at Thavhani mall branch. Knowing my amount I just payed, and when he gave me the slip the amount of R251, I then asked him, he said the prices on the app are different from those in store. I then asked him to do a refund then so that I can pay the amount that I saw on the App, he rudely said there's nothing he can do on his side. I called Nandos customer service since from Tuesday regarding my refund, they connected me with the store and spoke to someone different and he assured me that he will call me back till today I haven't got any call.

I want my money back please, I'm never going back to that branch to buy, customer service is bad, very bad.
