Over The Phone Order Glitches!!
Pathetic service from Nando's Heidelberg Mall. They need to set their priorities straight. It's the 4th time I place an order over the phone for collection to save time and when I get there my order is not ready. I have to place another order and wait again. I'm told about system shut down. Why with me? I should be reimbursed my airtime once if that's the case. Fix your lines and softwares or cancel the over the phone orders once. Pathetic!!!
