Over pricing and bad service

I went to nandos today to buy a full portion of livers and didn't want the roll, I was then rudely told that the roll comes standard with the livers, so now I am required to pay an extra R7 for a roll that costs 2 rand at pick n pay ,why I am forced to do that I don't understand, u guys are ripping us off u go to McDonald's and any other fast food outlet and have the option to purchase just a burger and not the meal when u just want a burger. What is even worse is that your system splits the purchase so the livers cost R40 and your consultants would have to add the roll as if I requested for it to change the price to R47 which is totally unfair. Something needs to be done about this as it's my right as a consumer to decide on what it is that I want as I am the one that pays for it
