Over Charged for the order

On the 10th of Feb 2020, I ordered food on line. The order was delivered and when the driver got to me he realised that his speed point does not have receipt after swiping. He then drove off to get another speed point slip. Upon his returned I asked him if am I not going to be double charged and he said no. I just received my bank statement and realised that on the same day I was actually double billed by Nandos Green Stone. I tried to give them a call, spoke to Manager by the name of Siphamandla, he has since promised to call me back and never did.

I need thiss money to reversed to the bank as I use business account and needed to submit my monthly statement as it month end.
