Outstanding customer service

I have been going to this nandos for a few years now and since Charity has been there I have received nothing but excellent service. I walk in the door after placing my order telephonically and no matter how long it has been after I place the order, Charity will immediately greet me by name and then makes sure my order is ready as I arrive. This is what more people in the service industry should strive for. Management potential for sure!!
