Orders made via phone not being processed
This is the 2nd time that this happened to our office.<br> Erin called to place and order before 14:00. It took 10 minutes for the lady that answered the phone to our address. We even gave her cell no that we ordered on before as the info should be saved on the system. And still after about 6 minutes trying to give the address we said we will rather collect.<br> We received an sms confirming the order and that it will be ready at 14:03, when we sent Zack to collect the order they said they don't have our order, after being there for about 20 minutes.<br> We eventually ended up buying McDonalds. We then called back to speak to a manager and was told that there is no manager on duty for the shop, but here's a cell no for a manager. When we called this no, it didn't exist, we called the shop back again to advise the no doesn't work and had to explain this to the person again on the phone she put the phone down in our ear.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
