Order wrong and terrible pap
I know its holiday season, but we dont need to be served uncooked pap and you got my order wrong. I asked for pap with no relish and you still drowned my pap in relish. The pap was under cooked. Nandos Kempton park, a waste of the delivery i paid through mr delivery. Iam a paying customer, get my order right and cook pap properly. The food is not free, so pls nandos, this is unacceptable

30 Dec 2025, 16:05#DFD***. Order accepted at 10:12 by nandos Kempton park. I couldn't eat that meal and had to throw ir away as im alergic to tomato. Really a waste of my money. I love Nando's and really find this unacceptable. The little pap that wasn't drenched in tomato relish was under cooked

I take it you find it acceptable for your staff to not pay attention when processing orders and the standard of food that you serve to customers. I definitely am very disappointed at how you arw also handling this. Its still my money thay was wasted
