Order placed no delivery

Nandos Secunda..ordered take out and ETA was 19:15pm it's now 19:45. Extremely difficult to get through to the store but option 1 to take the order is always available. Really tired of trying to support restaurants when there is no customer satisfaction. Dont take an order if you cant fulfill it as I could have just cooked supper , now we just wasted 1 hour 15 mins of my time .
