Nandos douglasdale provides the worst service to their customers. The manager that was on duty yesterday has no idea of the meaning of "client centricity". I've had numerous issues with my orders from that particular branch, however the male manager that is sometimes on duty is always willing to resolve the problem and takes accountability of their mistakes! Apart from the fact that my order was not delivered as per confirmed time by the call center agent, we had COLD chips, COLD wedges and COLD livers!!! I then called the branch an the manager says to me "please put the cold stuff aside and I'll get the driver to bring you new food" then when I asked her what time will that take place as I am not prepared for me and my family be having dinner after 8pm because their quality control is so poor! she responds by "sorry about ma'am, but we don't have many drivers and I'm not sure what time you will receive the correct order". She had an absolute don't care attitude and quite frankly should not be in that position with that horrible attitude as a manager!!! It's not as though we spend R150 on their family meals...at least have the courtesy to ensure that orders are quality assessed and that your customer is happy!!!! I'm done with this branch, but I will make it my duty to alert people of their pathetic service and disregard for your clients!!
