Order not delivered

I ordered food on the 16th of June 2022. My food didn't arrive, yet the driver posted my food as delivered on Uber eats. He kept calling me saying his not fami**** with place, yet when I suggest that we me at a local school he said he will find his way ro my house. I spent R415 for an order that didn't arrive.

The sad thing is, I sent the query or their support page, but no one has come back to me. They ******** people, that driver was not intending to deliver my order
