Order not debited, Account debited

I ordered online at 16:30, and a message was displayed that my order was being prepared by Nandos crown mines. Called an hour later as I did not receive a message with an order reference however my account was debited. Called in to the call center and I was told my order was not placed they will check with the store and call me back. 30 minutes later with no call back I called for feedback and the second lady I spoke too said whoever I spoke to earlier placed my order as my account was delivered and she spoke to the store they said my order is on its way.now looking at the time it’s past 6 which means they’ve closed and I’m still waiting for my order. I don’t understand why Mathapelo which is the last person I spoke to didn’t tell me that my order won’t come instead she **** and said she’ll get the store to call me to put me at ease! Right now it’s 18:46 and my family is starving cause we decided to not cook and wait for nandos. Why debit my account if you not going to deliver?
