Order delivered - I didnt get my food!!!!

I placed an order got a call from branch saying they will get a delivery guy. On the app it shows my food was delivered YET IT WAS NOT !!!!!!!

5 / 6 calls to call centre holding on forever until someone picks up is absolutely useless as they cant help you they need to get hold of store !!!!

Eventually getting through someone tells me the order was cancelled BUT app shows order delivered. No immediate refund. Yet when you order money is taken immediately.

Still waiting for branch to call me but in meantime 2 hours have passed and I ordered via Mr Delivery. Refund my account immediately!!! I will never use your app again its useless and pathetic!!!!!
